By engaging Optireach Consulting for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Optireach Consulting provides SEO services and website design for small businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.
Website delivery timelines of approximately 3 weeks are subject to timely client feedback, content approvals, and provision of any required materials at each stage of the project.
For website projects, full payment is required before work commences. For Monthly SEO services, payment is due at the start of each billing period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
Monthly SEO services may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Website projects cancelled after work has commenced may be subject to a partial charge for work completed.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced for them, including website design and copy. Optireach Consulting retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Optireach Consulting does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels. SEO results depend on a range of factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We commit to applying best-practice, ethical SEO techniques and to providing transparent, honest reporting on progress.
Optireach Consulting's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the use of our services.
